Its been a while but in this episode I answer some of the questions I was asked on my instagram and tell you about some of the things I enjoy doing as well as my motivational tip of the week - write yourself 101 goals.

This week I tell you about how I saw my favourite artist perform live - my song recommendations of the week being Chemical and Waiting for Never by Post Malone. I talk about summer and tell you some interesting but slightly scary health facts that I have heard about also, we go into depth about this weeks Food for Thought question which is "What do you think the world will look like in 100 years?"

This is the juiciest episode as I tell you all about my trip up north to Durham and Newcastle! A lot happened including going in a police van and getting locked out of the flat I was staying in. I also talk a little bit about how I feel about break ups and seeing an ex after your intense feelings have gone.

In this episode I tell you all about my date that I had as well as my eventful weekend. I go into detail about an exciting new project I am starting as well as talking about Coachella and the burnt toast theory.

Welcome to the first episode of It's Conversation Time!
