    • Too Much Support or Not Enough? Navigating Infertility and the Emotional Overload It Comes With (EP 46)

Did you know it’s common with infertility to still feel isolated, lonely, and overwhelmed despite having supportive family, friends, and being part of Facebook support groups?

Tune into hear my own experience with that and how with my 5 Day Reset, you can take the first steps to feeling centered and grounded again as you re-assess your support system. Because it can certainly change over time. I know a lot of people get that infertility also changes your relationship with friends so it may actually work in your favor to diversify and expand your support network.

I get into the differences and benefits of therapy versus coaching, underscoring the importance of having a neutral person for unbiased support and discussing practical solutions. I know it sounds crazy to pause, but my Reset is the best way to get you being more intentional about say yes to reconnecting with yourself, manage burnout from infertility, and make empowering decisions moving forward.

I also share my perspective on the use of groups, personal experiences with adoption and surrogacy, and navigating conversations with family and friends during the infertility journey. I know support can feel like a burden financially as you’re already spending a lot, but your mental and emotional health is worth the investment. It’s so important to have diverse support systems.

    • Update on Rachel's 2024 and Stepping Into 2025 Together Embracing Our Journey to and Through Motherhood (EP 45)

      2025 Reset: Embracing Self-Acceptance & Infertility Support

It’s not hard to set goals and come up with a plan to implement and execute. Sure sticking to it can be hard at times, but I think it is MUCH harder to embrace yourself for who you are today.

Society always wants us to think we need to change to be "better" or "more successful", but I think going in with resilience and imperfect action, ready to lead with your heart and do things YOUR way is so much harder but feels a lot more doable when you have the support.

So I want to help you recognize and celebrate that wherever you are today is enough and you are deserving of joy and lightness no matter the challenges you're facing.

I also update you on what’s been going on personally, my goals for serving my community and clients and my plans on supporting you through my 5 Day Reset: Say Yes To Yourself and inside my email community 🤎

Tune in and I hope to connect and help you prioritize rest, joy and reconnection through your infertility journey so you can carry on with more ease and confidence!

    • Redefining Motherhood with Hannah Olson: Motherhood is The Relationship Beyond Biology (EP 44)

Taking a different spin here on the podcast with this guest interview! I think its really hard to move through infertility and try to unlearn what we know to be true about motherhood when we’ve grown up learning that pregnancy is the only way.

So my guest Hannah Olson aka @freckeldhan shares her refreshing concept of redefining motherhood which I believe is so powerful and ties in so well with my perspective on motherhood extending beyond biological ties.

We both emphasize the importance of the relationship and bond between a mother and her children. And we are passionate about helping women, moms and in my case moms-to-be reclaim their identity, find their joy and recognize that motherhood isn’t about sharing DNA or carrying your babies – it’s about your commitment to loving your kids fiercely and taking care of yourself outside of "mom" to build and deepen your relationship with your kids.

Can't wait to hear your thoughts!!!
