I'm calling this episode as the end of season one of the potty. It just felt fitting to do it that way and at the end of the season, why not? Today,  I wanted to do an affirmation that you can say out loud with me. It's something that I got from the healer in Bali. And this week's episode is going to be a bit of a deep dive into the membership because the last intake of the year is actually happening this week. We're coming to the final quarter of the year and I know there are so many of you out there who still have goals they want to achieve before the end of 2022. And the last quarter is just the perfect opportunity to do that and wrap everything up inside the membership I work with. It's such a huge range of women to help them find balance across their lives. So they're building out really sustainable habits that are not just habits that I'm like dictating to them, but tailored to their lives, and what balance looks like to them. 

Episode 12 is just going to be an update episode because I have been in Bali for almost a month now, which is wild, it has gone so quickly. I actually can't believe how quickly time has gone by before I get into that. This week's quote is, there are going to be days when self care means allowing yourself to be angry, annoyed, and even isolate. Sometimes you won't care to do the work, and you don't have to feel guilty about it. We have these moments, feel it and let it pass. Allow yourself to be human. And the reason that one resonates so much with me is the fact that I have been struggling a little bit of light. And I need to sort of take a little bit of my own advice when it comes to that.
