In this episode, I'm joined by my friend, Sylvia, who is a dietician! We reminisce about our childhoods and the food and meals we had as children and how our eating habits and the comments and words from family and friends have affected our adulthood in the way we eat, view food and how we view our bodies. Sylvia also gives her top tips for a healthy lifestyle through the food we eat and how we eat. 

In this episode, I'm joined by my friend, Brendon Zhu, who is a Councillor for Willoughby City Council. We met when we were at uni and were involved in the same Christian mission team and through that I've been able to get to know Brendon as someone who genuinely listens and cares for people and also thinks deeply and always open for a chat. 

Brendon and I discuss how he transitioned into politics, how our beliefs intersect with democracy and how we can be engaged and involved in politics. I hope that this discussion provides you with an inside look into politics and challenge you in how you perceive politicians, your role in a democracy and continue to think about how your beliefs affect the way you vote, engage and involve yourself in politics (whether it's local, state or federal).
