I used to dread spring cleaning time at my house when I was younger because that was actually all year round in my life.   Now, I admire my mom's attention to detail in cleaning and clearing the cobwebs & dust off of every surface imaginable.  I now not only enjoy spring cleaning, but I have also taken spring cleaning to a less literal level and I now also spring clean my whole life.  Detaching from sentimental attachments and the idea of "stuff" has very literally changed and improved my life tenfold.  I'm just sharing what works for me because I know someone out there needs to hear this and I encourage any of you to do the same.

How to get where you should be and where you want to be, as well as attracting what you desire.  As I've mentioned in previous podcasts, I am not an expert, I'm simply here to share what has helped me and what works for me.

You can't always get what you want... 

But if you try sometimes, you might just find,

You get what you need.

Mental Health is a largely untapped, but also budding, topic that we should be addressing way earlier in life.  I'm trying to think of when I first learned about mental illnesses, and it was barely after I had been diagnosed with severe depression when I was in high school.  I am so grateful for the ability to learn through others as well as myself and help set my self and help other set themselves up for success in the future.  Boundaries have been my saving grace, I wouldn't have as many blessings in my life without the ability to set boundaries for myself and be aware of other people's boundaries as well.

I have learned the most about friendships in the last six months to a year.  I am grateful for all of the friendships in my life, those that are still going strong and those that have ended.  You all have taught me a great deal and there isn't a single thing I would take back.  HOWEVER, we have to want more for ourselves and have better ways at setting boundaries.

It took me years (and I'm still learning) to learn how to stop getting in the way of my own success.  These are just some bits of my own thoughts, feelings, and opinions on the matter.  Hopefully some of you will find this helpful or will resonate with the message in some way.

I started typing this thinking about what position I would play if I was a baseball player and I feel like I need further professional assistance on this one. 

In this segment I will discuss what basically has gotten me from point A to where ever the heck I am now.  I am getting the hang of saying "um.." and "like" a lot less, listening back on some of those clips are so cringey.
