Scott Kitun talks restaurant technology with Mathew Focht of Tipzyy,  a platform that will educate and reward a restaurant wait staff, turning them into a sales staff. It’s a way to show servers their performance after every shift.  They also have a rewards program to help build incentive with servers, increasing customer service and sales.
