Yes, I am mad. But if you're not, you are not paying attention. Here are a couple ideas for how to do something about it.

Not everything coming out of DC needs or deserves a reaction. But for those that do, here are some suggestions. .

Wait a minute, I am WHAT? Yup, it's true. My empathy is being triggered big time. But maybe that's not all bad.

A slow news cycle brings up a reminder that we could (and maybe should) be making better choices. Not to nag, but ... yeah.
