Today is my birthday and I just wanted to put an episode out as a way of celebrating it.  Why not do what I love on my special day, right?!  And I LOVE doing this podcast.  Thank you so much for those who have reached out lately with kind words and to let me know they are listening...it truly makes my heart sing. 

Today I talk about celebrating ourselves.  A birthday is an excellent time to do that.  I share with you a little how I have celebrated myself today and I talk about a tradition I have....my year ahead card spread.  I explain how I do this, so you can do it at home.  You don't have to wait for your birthday, and December is as good a time as any for people to do this.
