Tip 2: Have a Plan

Make moves that put you ahead of the game

ex: Meal prep

Tip 3: GET UP!!!!

Do not hit the snooze button get up and get your day started.

I CHALLENGE YOU TO ALLOW YOUR ACTIONS TO BE STRONGER THAN YOUR EXCUSES TODAY .Often times we say things and don't follow through because we are afraid of the work we have to put in. I challenge you to speak positive over yourself today and to do what you say you are going to do today. SAY WHAT YOU MEAN AND MEAN WHAT YOU SAY.
