Often in our growth journey we look at the hurts and wounds from childhood and how those run our behaviors as adults.  IN this episode Tanya relays how a random thought while taking a quiet drive sparked happy memories growing up.  Ultimately, the only thing we can control is what we put our focus on and if we become stuck focusing solely on the hurts and wounds we can overlook the joy and happiness.
