In this episode, I share a truth that most agents avoid: when we struggle, it's rarely because of the market. It's because we never built the internal foundation required to handle change. We obsess over what the market was three years ago or what it might be three years from now, but we forget the only market that matters is the one right in front of us—and the agent we are inside of it.

 

I revisit a story from The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma that stopped me in my tracks and ultimately became the catalyst for this podcast.
