It’s Not the Perfect Diet That Works (It’s the Messy One)

So you don’t know what to eat.

And you don’t know what to cook.

And you’re not even sure this whole thing’s gonna work anyway.

So what happens?

Well, that's where most people want to hit the brakes.

Not because they don’t care or because they’re lazy. But because being in that in-between space—where everything feels a little messy—is hard. 

It's hard. It’s uncomfortable. And honestly, sometimes it seems like it'd be easier to just stop.

That's why when things get uncomfortable, it’s so easy to stall out and to start convincing yourself that maybe some "old plan" would work better.

(You know, the one that used to get results… until it didn’t.)

But stalling or trying to recreate the past isn't the right move.

What we really need is a shift. 

A way to keep going when it feels awkward. 
When it feels unfamiliar. 
When it feels totally OFF.

But that's the part most people would rather skip.

Of course you want a perfect, ain't-no-chance-of-failing plan. Who doesn’t? But guess what? Life doesn’t hand those out.

If you want to get results, stop worrying about messing up and stop focusing on the outcome.

Instead, turn your attention to the process.

And stick with the process, even when it’s messy.

Here's the formula for success:

Show up. 
Try it. 
Screw it up. 
Learn something. 
Repeat.

That’s where it's at.

Because when you stop trying to get it all exactly right—things finally start to click.

So maybe it’s not about having it all figured out.

Maybe it’s about learning how to stay in it—even when it feels like you’re not doing it right.
