This conversation actually happened on the 4 year anniversary of me moving to Denver.

I also speak with one gentleman in the group about his preoccupations, his lack of confidence providing well for his family, and potential reminders he can keep for himself to allow himself to access ease more regularly in his life.

In this episode, I speak with two friends, one of whom is visiting Colorado to get away, temporarily, from her problematic romantic situation. She was unbelievably generous and open with me, detailing her relationship with her father, her experience with physical abuse (both past and present), and her turmoil trying to navigate her current set of circumstances.

In this episode I speak with a gentleman who has spent the last year visiting and reconnecting with his older sister, after not seeing her for over a decade. We talk about why he hasn't seen her in so long, the lore of her familial estrangement, and what it has been like for him getting to know her and her kids.
