I know one thing about you. You are human. That means you'll make mistakes. That means you'll screw up. That means you'll forget things. That means it's not always going to be easy. That means you'll get caught up in your head. That means you'll listen to your emotions instead of your logic from time to time. That means you're alive. It's easy to beat ourselves up when we don't live up to our standards or expectations. It's not as easy to let it go and be ok with not being perfect. Sometimes we have to push through and do things even when we don't want to. And sometimes we have the best intentions but it still doesn't happen. That's what happened to me over the last week. I didn't want to do my podcast, so I forced myself to. Got it onto my podcast platform, but then stopped there. Really?! So I'm putting it out this week, with a new intro as we all have best laid plans, but if we fall, we must get up. Don't give up. This episode is intended to help you when you're having a hard time motivating yourself.
