Today we expand our "limits" on the idea that we can't have emotion. Sometimes when you get into spirituality and the law of attraction it can be very "I am all to blame". While ultimately we do attract out experiences that is A LOT of pressure to hold on to and that weight can feel heavy. Sometimes it is ok to take note that while your world revolves around you, the world doesn't revolve around you. Feeling through the pain that others have caused you brings you to the ultimate truth. I encourage you to feel through the darkness that allows you to find the tools that bring you to your light.

This is an honest conversation I had with myself as I was navigating feeling alone at a time when I was struggling. I come to realize that the pain I was feeling had nothing to do with me but instead it was about my frustration with how my life was going. It was frustration with the Universe, God, my Higher Self. Let's talk all about it!

Let's EXPAND together and BUST out of this LIMITED box we put ourselves in.
