If you have ever done a 180 in your life, you know that there is a grieving process that goes along with completely transforming. You go through anger, denial, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Join this weeks conversation to feel less alone if you are in this process or understand more deeply, if you have already gone through it. 

@_defrance and I talk about our experience of releasing people-pleasing tendencies, overcompensation, fear of rejection, and many other things that came along with this new version of ourselves being born. What is this new version? Do we reach the highest self?  We dive into the acceptance of abundance, the mourning of relationships, fasting in the process and the multitude of experiences within the grief process. 

Who would’ve thought that you could grieve yourself? To be alive and to mourn yourself is an absolutely wild experience.
