The phrase, "It's Ok to Not Be Ok" has been a buzz phrase lately...but how many people actually believe that? We say it because it sounds noble and sounds like the right the thing to say, but few people actually believe it (both for themselves and for others). In weak moments, we rather point fingers instead of offer a hug and an ear. We're talking about how to better embody this concept so we can start to live more compassionate lives.
