It's OK to not be OK — Ep. 20
It may seem like if you do feel mad, sad, frustrated, disappointed, or scared, that you’re doing something wrong or are weak, that you’ll never be able to live your dreams, that the Universe will cut you off, or that you’re a terrible person for not being grateful for what you DO have.
And, you may think that all you have to do is ignore that uncomfortable emotion, think differently and pretend everything is OK. You attempt to squash it and pretend to be happy and hopeful so you can get back to your high-vibe living.
It doesn’t work that way! It’s only when we can fully acknowledge and express our current emotions — no matter how bad they feel — that we can feel better, get healthier, increase our vibration, and live the life we want.
