It may seem like if you do have a negative emotion, that you’re doing something wrong, are weak, or are a terrible person.
And, you may think that all you have to do is ignore that uncomfortable emotion, think differently and pretend everything is OK.
It doesn’t work that way! It’s only when we can fully acknowledge and express our current emotions — no matter how bad they feel — that we can feel better, get healthier, increase our vibration, and live the life we want.
