It's Ok To Say No... Don’t let the fear of being judged, rejected or disliked stop you from being yourself. A lot of  people have trouble saying no and recognizing that that's an important aspect of self care. You need to say no from time to time to things that you are offered, invitations that you get, but just feeling really guilty and not knowing how to really implement that self care. So the first thing that I would say is first recognizing how this is a form of self care. Why would you ever want to say no to something? The point it really comes down to is that we don't have enough time for everything that we want to do. Our tendency is to just pack and pack our plate full of stuff until we just run ourselves into the road, and we feel overwhelmed. We Feel exhausted, and then we are mad about not having any free time, not having time to do the things that we enjoy doing.
