This week my guest is a 2016 Olympian, she's made 3x World Championship Teams. In 2016 she was the national champion in the event at USA Trials, in 2017 she finished 6th in the world championships in London. During her time at San Diego state university, she became the first athlete to win a national title since 1984. Whitney Ashley joins me on the show.
