In this episode I go over personal and relatable struggles with ADHD, Severe Anxiety, and Overthinking. Speaking on these and how it not just effects one mentally, but effects those around you and relationships with people in general. This is a topic of discussion of what I personally have to deal with and constantly work with every day.

This topic I delve into tells you a little bit about my upbring, as well as displays examples of cultural differences that surround us. It really highlights the common miscommunication issues that do occur when interacting with people with different lives/ cultures, and how we can continue to challenge our way of thinking, communicating, and patience.

This is just my introduction to the podcast, and me rambling a little bit.... okay, A LOT a bit! But, this essentially just goes over the idea of what the podcast is about, happy listening!
