The continuing saga of the reunion.

It's New Year's Eve. My girlfriend and I are getting stuff to take to a Newyear's Eve Party. We stop at my house picking up last minute stuff. It is there that I discover that you are terribly afraid of dogs.

I come over to my girlfriend's house to wish her a merry Christmas! What I discover, though, is a very sad face. Her family can't make it for Christmas. I try to convince her to come home with me.

No one, not even loved ones, should be alone at Christmas. If they are, invite them over! They could use some loving and cheering up! Hold them close to your hearts!

My girlfriend comes home from the hospital after being in surgery after a car accident. She is grumpy because she can't get anyone anything for Christmas.

I got this story from an incident that happened in my life. Except, it wasn't my girlfriend. It was my mother.

In this story, I surprise my girlfriend by coming home for Christmas (and for good.)

During the Christmas season, there are many people who are hurting and alone. We need to open our hearts and let them in. Not just at Christmas, but every day. God tells us to love everyone. So, if you see someone in need, hurting, or alone, love and help them.
