In this roleplay, I get called to my loved one's work and found that she has been robbed. She is upset and thinks I will be mad that her valuables are
stolen.

"Things can be replaced; but people can't."

This quote applies to not only being robbed, but to any situation such as natural disasters, etc.

This roleplay is talking about customer service. I have encountered this experience many times both as a customer and as a customer service representative.
