What’s something you’ve always wanted to do but have procrastinated taking the first step? We come up with every excuse in the book to not do and eventually time passes and we’re disappointed we still haven’t attempted it. What I’ve learned is to commit before you’re ready and then take the time to prepare yourself. I locked in my 2nd marathon before I had even crossed the starting line of the first one. Was I nervous? Did it scare me a bit? Of course, but I knew once it was on my calendar, I had no other option but to prepare for it. Today we’re going to dive into what go one more marathon experience was like and by the end I want you all to commit to something you’ve pushed off for far too long. Are you ready to face that fear? Let’s fire it up!

You need to slow down in order to speed up & what I mean by that is that it’s perfectly healthy to take a break. Not only that but it’s in our best interest to find ways to recharge our body + mind throughout the week. Think of us like rechargeable batteries, at some point we’re going to run out of energy and we need to stop to recharge back up to 100%. Whether that’s getting a few extra hours of sleep than we normally do, taking an ice bath, watching a movie at the end of a long week, we need to prioritize our recovery. Today we’re going to dive into 9 ways that I recover which help me feel better than ever, let’s fire it UP!
