I’ve always said that my expectation (not prediction), is prices will fall 35%, on average, from 2022 peak to trough in 2025 with regional variations from -15% to -50% (yes nominal, not real, that’ll be even worse).

And very far from “back peddling”, with the darkening economic clouds, it’s looking increasingly more like my expectations will be met with each passing day.

This isn’t intended to “scare” anyone, it’s just one bloke’s opinion to consider in the mix of everyone else’s.

Maybe I’m wrong  but I don’t think so.
