This week on Nation let’s talk about everyone’s favorite subject…Hiring.  Ok so maybe it's everyone's least favorite.  BUT it's something that anyone who wants to grow needs to do at some point.  You see window cleaners out there saying that it's impossible to find anyone good, or they don’t even get anyone to apply.  Maybe it's not that they aren’t out there, maybe its that the good ones don’t want to work for you.  It all starts with an employment ad.  If you make the place sound awful to work at then you will only get awful people applying. So if you think you are going to be hiring then this will be an awesome episode for you!
