Today on Nation I want to talk about increasing your close rate on your window cleaning bids. Yes pricing your window cleaning is important. But actually getting them to book is the only thing that matters. If they book with you, you have started the process and shut out any competition. If you don't book the job, then it didn't matter if you were cheap, expensive, or the best choice. It wasn't closed and you wasted time, and so did the customer. A lot of people dont think its their skills that either close or not, but the “cheaper” window cleaner. Don't have excuses…just be better!
