I can't bear to watch people with so much potential be afraid, hide, talk themselves out of things because they think they can’t. Living a life below their potential. Renewal is the process of going again with fresh inputs, fresh understanding, and fresh knowledge.
In this material world, our mind is our currency.

You are an asset.
But it's going to require

When was the last time you asked yourself: ‘am I going in the right direction?’ ‘is this really what I want to do?’ In order to be able to answer those questions, you have to stop and pause to gather yourself.
In today’s episode, we will be talking about the importance of pausing for a while. It is crucial to stop and stare at your life and evaluate your accomplishments and progress. Sometimes we can just get busy, but we don't stop to see if what we're doing is even the right thing. Think about your last experience - do you know that there was a lesson in it? Go back and reflect on it, because it was a lesson that life was trying to teach you.
Think about the things you've probably missed because you were rushing around. Didn't take the time out to pause and reflect before making that next move. It's a discipline that needs to be worked like a muscle. But it has the potential to change your life.

In today’s episode, I want to share with you some fundamentals that I believe will help you to start contributing more, so you can start earning more.
I meet people all the time who are desperate to be successful, and there is nothing wrong with it. But for me, the problem comes when you're trying to cheat the system. If you really want to be successful, you’ve got to ask yourself daily, what am I contributing to those with who I come into contact? Am I doing it with a helpful spirit, really, or am I being average or below average?
If you want to increase your earning potential, you've got to solve problems, and look for problems to solve. Give them more than they asked for! I would say become more so you could share more. Develop a millionaire mindset before you become a millionaire.

Our mind never runs out. It has infinite power and we've got to really learn how to harvest our mind. Improving how we think is a worthy investment.
Albert Einstein said that “thinking is hard work that's why so few do it”.

Rules are our set of principles that govern our conduct. Our rules are either taking us to success or blocking success from coming. My rules of engagement have got me this far but some of them can't take me where I want to go. To go where I have never been, I need to do what I have never done, be who I have never been. So, it’s time to change the rules!
If you're not where you want to be right now, I guarantee the only thing that's stopping you is the way you think. Thinking will take you to a whole new level personally and in your professional life but unfortunately thinking is not automatic. You have to learn how to think. That’s really for me the key difference between success and not being successful - knowing how to think and training yourself to think better.
Successful people know how to think correctly. They know how to think to solve problems and they know that things happen when they take action on that thinking.

In today’s episode, we are going to talk about how to work smart on your goals.
Have you ever heard of the phrase “same old, same old”? I used to hear it so much and I really got sick of that phrase. Because if you want to move forward in your life, you can not keep doing the same. I am pretty sure that, wherever you had a significant shift, was because you did something different! So you have to follow new patterns of thoughts and actions. Not just keep on doing the same thing, hoping that one day is all just going to fall into place.
I strongly believe that focusing on the wrong thing is going to lead to burnout. If you keep investing in something, keep putting effort into something, it doesn't mean that once you keep doing it, you're going to get an increase. Pay attention to the important things and keep focusing on them!
So, after finishing listening to the episode, I want you to do an audit on where you're spending your time. That's the first place to help you to start getting clarity. Only this way you will manage to achieve your goals and own who you are!
