One year ago, It's TOO Early podcast dropped its first episode! We appreciate all of the support thus far and can't wait to see what the future has in store. Listen as we recap some of their favorite and least favorite moments. 

Mental health is not discussed enough in the black community! We are all taking in so much information, grief, pain, opinions, etc. every day that we forget that we must help ourselves before we can help others. We challenge you to start making the conscious choice to put your mental health first. 

How can we begin to dismantle systemic racism? We have all seen how racism is embedded into the institutions, governments, and systems of this country..we are discussing some of the steps that need to and can be taken within and outside of the black community. 

"The most neglected person in America is the black woman," - Malcolm X. We as black women repeatedly sympathize and show up for black men but don't see the same in return. It's time for a change in narrative!

We said what we said, ALL Black Lives Matter! ITE is bringing necessary topics to the table, even when it reveals conflict in our own community. Let's do the work to be better!
