It’s TOO Early

One year ago, It's TOO Early podcast dropped its first episode! We appreciate all of the support thus far and can't wait to see what the future has in store. Listen as we recap some of their favorite and least favorite moments. 

Mental health is not discussed enough in the black community! We are all taking in so much information, grief, pain, opinions, etc. every day that we forget that we must help ourselves before we can help others. We challenge you to start making the conscious choice to put your mental health first. 

How can we begin to dismantle systemic racism? We have all seen how racism is embedded into the institutions, governments, and systems of this country..we are discussing some of the steps that need to and can be taken within and outside of the black community. 

"The most neglected person in America is the black woman," - Malcolm X. We as black women repeatedly sympathize and show up for black men but don't see the same in return. It's time for a change in narrative!

We said what we said, ALL Black Lives Matter! ITE is bringing necessary topics to the table, even when it reveals conflict in our own community. Let's do the work to be better!

Where are you spending your money? In this episode, we are discussing how and why we should support black businesses. We realize that it may take discipline, but we have to start showing love for those who show love for the black community. 

In this episode of ITE it's all about the entertainment industry. The ladies discuss the price celebrities pay for fame, their inspirations within the industry, and what up-and-coming entertainers they want to see win.
