Australian Banking Association CEO Anna Bligh joined Gary Hardgrave on 4BC Drive to discuss the advancement of banking scams.
'It's Whac-A-Mole, as soon as the door is closed on one type of scam these criminals will do their best to find another way. Once upon a time criminals who wanted your money would come through the front of a bank with a shotgun. Now, they're doing what they can to trick us at a scale we've never seen before." Ms Bligh said.
