Welcome to Episode 8! This episode we were joined by Erica Van Daalen, ER Doctor at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. Erica shared her expertise on dealing with stress and adjusting through crisis. We got an inside look at the emergency room and the difficulties the health field has faced over the last few months. Erica shared some practical tips about how she handles crisis situations, and encouraged us to find joy in difficult situations.

Mark shared his own personal journey of being introduced to drugs and alcohol, hitting rock bottom in addiction, and then finding victory in Jesus. Our desire is that this episode will give you a biblical perspective about overcoming addictions and the power that is in Christ. We are so excited to bring you this episode of It's Worth A Thought. We were joined by Mrs. Kim Bui (Phuc). She shared her incredible story of growing up in Vietnam, becoming known as the "Napalm Girl" or the "Girl in the Photo", and all that she has overcome in life since. Her life is an incredible example of grace and forgiveness and you will not want to miss the insight she shares with us tonight. For anyone struggling with any sort of past trauma, or struggling to find forgiveness in life this is a must listen.
