What i mean is that ignorance has a way of creating anxiety / fear and this can be quite real. The antidote for this though is an intentional process of deliberate learning. We fear the things we down know so, get to know them and this fear disappears! Add in an intentional learning process to follow when we inevitably get surprised by unknowns and now you need not fear them at all
