For some reason I continually underestimate these movies that were made before I was born. Judging from the DVD cover (thank you, Spout Springs Library) I figured I was in for more Roy Rodgers than Sam Peckinpah, but once again it gets demonstrated to me how a 60 year old movie can still be relevant.
