It took a while…but Vinyl Crisis spent time on the airwaves with the one & only Ivan “Boogaloo” Joe Jones. There is not a tremendous amount of info on this cat, but let’s just say if you ever listened to Prestige or Fantasy Records, he was one of the funkiest cats around. Ivan is doing well, still happy to talk about the music that has inspired us for a long, long time.
