This episode is a love letter to all my fellow perfectionists...
Let's talk about why expecting perfection can be an incredibly harmful mentality for yourself, your relationships and life in general.
Self-care is one of the most common social media buzzwords these days.
From expensive skincare to the "treat yourself mentality" , consumer society has made it seem like the only way to take care of yourself is by throwing money around like it grows on trees.
In today's episode, I'm avoiding that type of self-care mentality and instead talking about the everyday things I do that make me feel best!
A new episode? Who is she?
Welcome to season 2! After a very unexpected extended break, we're back with new episodes weekly. This week I'm talking about what I've been up to for the past 6 months and what you can expect to see on the podcast moving forward. Fair warning, this episode is kind of all over the place, but honestly, what did you expect?

I'm baaaack!
I know I have been a little MIA recently, but I promise there was a good reason - I got a job!!!!
As if starting a new job wasn't crazy enough, the world is also experiencing an unprecedented pandemic. It is a really difficult and anxiety-filled time for everyone, and it has taken me a while to adjust to a new normal.
But I'm figuring it out, and you will too.
That being said, I wanted to come back with a BANG so I had to bring in reinforcements.
That's right, it's my 1st ever guest host! I somehow convinced one of my best friends to help me out in recording this episode, and I think it might be the best episode yet!
Me and Lika are going to chat about all things college, friendship and life changes. We hope this brings some light and laughter into a really hard time!
Talking about my goals for March and that kind of awful question of "where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
keeping it real on this week's episode ... well, kind of.
Let's get real about rejection.
In this week's episode, we'll talk about my earliest memories of rejection, how rejection shapes our memories and some coping mechanisms (good and bad) that I use when facing rejection.
from almost accidentally becoming part of the ... let's say "adult entertainment" industry ... to figuring out how to get an A even after you've graduated, this first episode is one for the books!
Check out this sneak peek at what I’ve Got A Lot To Say is all about. I hope you'll tune in Wednesday, February 12, for our first full-length episode!
