Former Olympic 400m runner Iwan Thomas joins the boys this week for a special treat and exclusive 'First Ride'. Norton Motorcycles have kindly dropped off a couple of the brand new V4CR's for them all to have a go on. The first people outside of Norton to be allowed on the bikes! After the ride they sit down to chat about running, riding and some previously untold stories. We are big fan's of Iwan and how he goes about his life. Listen in the hear more.
