It's been a really challenging year. Mental health issues & suicide rates are on the rise. It can sometimes be hard for people to open up & be vulnerable to their mates about how they are really going. Our latest guest on the podcast Lockie  has created an app being used all over Australia called iyarn. Which allows you to properly check in with your mates, looking at different areas of life & how they are actually doing. Lockie who has already been the CEO of the ICEA Foundation as well as head of operations at Splend. All of this by the age of 30, he shares with us his story & how it has lead him to creating iyarn.
