Sprinkled with a little bit of dark humour( i.e. their coping mechanism), Brandon and Clement join us in this episode as we explore the struggles that children of divorce face in building long term relationships and romantic connections.

With every relationship we get into, it’s inevitable we make mistakes, sometimes forgive things we shouldn't, but as long as we learn from right…? Only if that were the case. From spam-calling over 40 times to suffocating our ex-partners with unreciprocated 'love', we reflect on how we could've done better in our relationships. In tumultuous times, we turn to our own methods to help us seek calm from the chaos. While some have found healthy ways to self-soothe their negative emotions, some of us have stumbled into self-destructive coping habits that did nothing but serve to hurt us further.
