J is for Journaling

In this episode, Dr Lee talks about the difference between journaling and keeping a diary (huge difference).

She also addresses some of the common struggles people experience around journaling, as well as her own favorite way to journal, and why it's so important.

This is the one mindset practice that has made the BIGGEST difference for Dr Lee, AND the one that her brain kicks up the biggest resistance to.

Dr Lee really breaks it down and provides a clear insight into how to develop a journaling practice that allows you to reflect, looking at the things your brain doesn't want you to look at. The key is to be able to process your thoughts, see patterns, see your limiting beliefs, celebrate your wins, and so much more.
