I am a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where I received my masters in Counseling. I use an integrative approach to counseling. My approaches involves, person centered, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help build strong marriages and healthy relationships.

I believe in helping others reach their full potential. My main goal is to meet potential clients where they are and help them through their personal growth and development.
