Arguably one of the first major tasks for teachers, especially new teachers, is trying to figure out a classroom management strategy that works for you and your students.  If you're like me you've probably tried some one if not all of these... and if your experience was anything like mine, it probably worked for a few weeks, a few months if you're lucky, but then at some point the students stopped "buying in."
