Big things are happening for Puzzooks but aside from talking about that I also want to discuss more about them in an entirety!

This is something that I use to do with my best friend in our patreon. Since it closed down I have decided to experiment and put in a podcast each month! So each month we will talk about a totem animal, stone, herb, divination method, and personal focus! Let’s unwind together and take a few minutes to slow our roll and breathe. With all that’s going on right now with the world fighting the Covid outbreak it is essential to keep ourselves safe inside and even inside our mind.

This has been in my head since I saw a Facebook posting that began on Twitter years ago. So now I am training myself to be happy and experimenting with classical conditioning using a dog training tactic. It will be a journey, and I’m sure I’ll do and update, but here is the start!
