The word “Kalamantina” in Saint Levant’s song does not have a direct meaning in English, as it is:

A stylized play on “Clementine”

“Clementine” refers to the small sweet citrus fruit (similar to a mandarin).

In Arabic, it is often pronounced as “Kalamantina” or “Kalamansi” in some dialects (though kalamansi is specifically the Filipino lime). In Levantine Arabic, كالمانتين or كالامانتينا can refer to clementine or tangerine fruits!
