Jack Etkin is an independent media producer in Victoria BC, unceded Lkwungen/Songhees Territory.  For many years he co-hosted a CFUV university/community radio program called “Solutions,” and about 12 years ago he launched “Face to Face” and then "Citizens' Forum” on a community TV channel hosted by SHAW.
