Ron Sarchian has been a top rated personal trainer and group fitness instructor in Southern California for over 25 years. Ron grew up in Detroit, MI and has been an athlete since childhood and played baseball on numerous championship little league teams and then went on to play football for Madison Heights Bishop Foley on a co-championship team where he was named most valuable offensive lineman his senior year in 1982.
Ron then went on to play college football for the Northern Michigan University Wildcats as an offensive center and guard. Ron also graduated with a BS in Industrial Technology in 1987 and was soon working for the Boeing Company in Seattle, WA. Ron also played on several semi-pro football teams during his time in Seattle, WA.
Ron is also a pancreatic cancer survivor which he says is the most challenging thing he has ever endured. Ron’s treatment included 12 rounds of Chemotherapy and a Whipple Procedure which ended up being a 12 hour surgery that literally saved his life.
Needless to say Ron is a fighter but he is also very empathetic to those who have pre-existing medical conditions or varying degrees of physical limitations. He is an expert at customizing workout programs for those that need just a bit more help whether it be a special needs child or a handicapped senior. Ron is also a practicing lifecoach and often coaches his personal training clients.
Ron’s background includes being an actor, stuntman and stunt coordinator. His resume is extensive and he has appeared in over 100 tv shows, movies and commercials. Some appearances include General Hospital, Star Trek:Enterprise, Nash Bridges, Dante’s Peak, All That, The Dating Game, Today show and Danger Force.
Ron has also written a book chronicling his career as a Guinness world record breaker called “A World Record Breakers Journey, Passion, Obsession or Addiction”. Ron currently holds or has broken 35 Guinness world record and is working on his second book called “A World Record Breakers Journey, Building a Legacy”.
Ron prides himself on being a proven fitness professional and someone who also gets results regardless of what hurdles may exist for his clients. Ron believes that being a professional includes always being on time and keeping his clients safe, is his priority as your personal trainer.

Ironman Jack Nunn interviews Olympic Swimmer Staciana Stitts. Staciana Stitts Winfield is an American former competition swimmer and breaststroke specialist. She is a 2000 Summer Olympics and 1999 Pan American Games gold medalist and 1998 Goodwill Games silver medalist.
Stitts and her University of California, Berkeley teammates Haley Cope, Joscelin Yeo, and Praphalsai Minpraphal broke the 4×50-meter medley relay short-course world record in 2000 with a time of 1:49.23.
In 2004, she graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree. From 2005 to 2006, Stitts-Winfield worked at the College of Charleston as an assistant swimming coach. In June 2006, Stitts-Winfield was named an assistant swimming coach at USC.
Stitts-Winfield states, "The life significance of losing my hair at age 12 from alopecia areata has made me a very strong, determined person." She has been a motivational speaker at the National Alopecia Areata Foundation's Teens Conference Camp and has been a spokesperson for the Children's Alopecia Project.

The Expansion Project included: Women’s Restroom, Shower Room, Locker Room; Handicapped Access; The gym area where Roworx Indoor Rowing Classes are held; Kitchen and addition of two new boat bays which expand capacity to hold more boats.
