Special Counsel Jack Smith's report about Donald Trump's criminal attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election is now public. Of course, Trump immediately posted a bunch of lies about Jack Smith's work and his report, attempting to undermine the public's confidence in Smith's work specifically and our institutions of government more generally. Glenn focuses on just five paragraphs contained in Jack Smith's letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland that accompanied the report, and why it's important to focus on accurate, truthful, and credible information rather that the name-calling and lies of someone who tried to steal a presidential election.
