1st week of our October Halloween Series. Underneath the romantic spell of London in the 1880s lay a dark unease. A serial killer who grew to be the physical representation of the mid and upperclass's worst nightmare: The White Chapel Murderer. If the killer could cross district boundaries, what else in East End would creep its way on over? This episode has undercover cops dressed as sex workers, 9 potential suspects and we finally get the answer to the age old question, "How many Englishmen does it take to do the right thing in 1888?" Three. The answer is very disappointingly, three.
