In segment 1 Jack welcomes back to the show Philip Derrow to discuss his latest Columbus Dispatch Op-Ed titled: "The safety net shouldn’t shield people from consequences of 'moral hazard.'  Philip asks the question "how much support is too much" when it comes things like SNAP, Welfare, etc.  Philip believes government assistant should come with strings, and he believes in the tried and true "Success Sequence" for life that says; graduate from high school/college, get a job, THEN get married and have kids.
