V and I had a night out for sushi, our first in 2026, so I needed it be right.  We had a couple of options, started off at one spot and within a very short time we realized that we need to try the backup plan.  Thank goodness we did because we might have found our new go to spot!

V and I talk about our recent visit to Pomona Fairgrounds looking for parts for my old truck, didn't find the parts but was surprised to find Hen & Heifer a cool relaxed eatery located in the downtown Pomona area with a open air vibe, a great selection of beers, hard Kombuchas and of course the most important thing hearty delicious food.

V and I got out for a nice hike out in Del Mar, CA and some good food and drink in and around North County San Diego.
